Return policy

We work to make you feel completely satisfied with your purchases on our website. However, if you need to exchange or return a product, you will find the necessary information on how to proceed by reading our Returns and Exchanges Policy, below:

Our return deadline is 30 calendar days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, it will no longer be possible for us to exchange or refund you.

For your product to be eligible for return, it must not be used, it must be in the same condition in which you received it and it must be in its original packaging.

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted with original proof of purchase: invoice or proof of payment.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchange product to arrive at your address may vary. If you are shipping a product with a value over R$150.00, you must use trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged products .
