I really like writing, listening, reading and telling stories. Between books, I feel a pleasant feeling of being in good company. I can spend hours and hours between them. When I was a child, I had fun writing letters. And I continued, in love with words: I studied journalism, advertising, psychology and had a group of storytellers called TingaSalomenga. I was born in Itabuna, but I have lived in Salvador for many years. In 1993, I lived in São Paulo and there I wrote my first book: The Middle Son, adopted in several schools in Brazil. Then came others: Camila and the mirror, which also became a play and short film, and The Girl who didn't like reading. In 2010, I was one of the winners of the Off Flip Literature Prize, with a short story for adults, called Fim, period.
